MS. MARSHA SPENCER-JONAH is a principal associate with Axis Legal and joined the firm in 2017. Having been called to the Bar in Ghana and qualified for well over 13 years, Ms. Spencer-Jonah has had extensive experiences working in the United Nations and has practised law in legal firms including Sey & Co., Minkah Premo.
In her working life as a lawyer, Ms. Spencer-Jonah has acquired enormous experience in core aspects of legal practice and built on years of competencies in many fields of legal service delivery including due diligence advisory, drafting and leasing, regulatory advising, labour and industrial relations, and corporate secretarial services.
Ms. Spencer-Jonah comes to Axis Legal with proficiencies in these areas of the law and is especially challenged to help develop customized solutions to our client needs in a fast developing legal market such as Ghana’s. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Sussex in England and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, which she obtained in England in 2001 before she was called to the Bar in Ghana in 2004.
