Prof. Kofi Abotsi is billed to deliver a paper and lead the conversation on the dispute settlement system under the African continental free trade agreement.
The lecture which is being organized as part of the Africa Bar Regional Conference is also expected to see the inauguration of the forum executives of the Africa Bar Association. Prof. Abotsi who is also the forum chairman of the Africa Bar Association is expected to give a nuanced exposition of the regime and suggest practical ways of maximizing the output under the structured system.
